Top 4: Best Fans of the Season – Premier League 2015-16

Who are the best fans? A tough choice it must be said. We’ve selected our four favourites based on what we’ve seen throughout the season. What have we considered; fan display at games (banners and flags), chanting/singing, shaming the opposition and passion.

Crystal Palace

The Eagles have to take top spot for the season. They’ve consistently brought with them an atmosphere both home and away. See for yourself in the clips and photos below. The pride of South London and beyond. Well done Palace fans for being the best once again.

Leicester City

No doubt Leicester have made history, however it would not been have possible without the euphoria created by the entire city. You could feel the pride gleaming out of the stadium as the season progressed. A priceless feeling for those life-long fans who supported their club through thick and thin. A salute to you! Anything is possible with the 12th man.

West Ham

It’s been an emotional year for West Ham fans as they bid farewell to their beloved Boleyn Ground. Upton Park will never be the same again. They’ve done East London proud by finishing up with the big boys. Historically they are one of the big clubs, home to 1966 World Cup captain and legend Bobby Moore. Check out the fans singing bubbles and chanting away this season. All the best for the new season at the Olympic stadium. We’ll ignore what happened against United.

Tottenham Hotspur

As title contenders, Spurs and their fans have been part of a historical season where the league was turned on its head. For years Spurs have been in the shadow of North London rivals Arsenal, however this season they were allowed to shine. A chance to show Premier League fans far and wide how White Hart Lane is an intimidating ground to visit. How sweet must it have felt when Harry Kane scored his banger against Arsenal. Especially in a title chasing season.

Honorable Mention – Liverpool

Our fans on Facebook have reminded us of the impact Liverpool fans have had this season. For that reason we will rightly include them as an honorable mention. Their protest over ticket prices has had a huge impact on the whole league. Additionally the fans have fought for decades to get justice for Hillsborough. The passion and spirit shown by Liverpool fans is a inspiration worldwide.
