On to the predictions: At first glance, England are the firm favourites to breeze past the group stages. We see the Three Lions get 6 points from the games vs Slovakia and Wales. But then again, it’s England aka the only team who can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Wales is basically a one man show (Gareth Bale). Russia could be the dark horse in Group B, don’t count them out, as for Slovakia, oh well, who cares.
Incentive: the winner of Group B will play with a 3rd placed team from Groups A, C or D.
