Arsenal to beat Leicester – 1.66

Arsenal got back to winning ways last weekend in a six-goal thriller against Aston Villa, extending their lead at the summit to two points with a game in hand. We’re backing them to maintain their status as the top flight’s best away team on matchday 25 against Leicester. The Gunners have accumulated 28 points in 12 away games, seven points more than next-best Manchester City.

Leicester sunk back to reality last weekend as they were hammered 3-0 at Old Trafford. Despite showing some positive early signs, their defensive frailties were once again on full display. Their 41 goals conceded ranks them as the league’s second-worst defence and only Southampton had won fewer points on home soil.

Everton to beat Aston Villa – 2.42

Sean Dyche might end up being Everton’s best signing of the season. Dyche steered his side to another 1-0 win last weekend, lifting the Toffees out of the bottom three by a point. They are experiencing the famed new manager bounce and will be brimming with confidence in front of an electric Goodison Park on Saturday.

Aston Villa have lost three on the bounce ahead of their trip to Merseyside, conceding 11 goals in the process. Unai Emery’s side will do well to breach what is undoubtedly becoming a rock-solid Sean Dyche defence.

Liverpool to beat Crystal Palace – 1.70

Liverpool are showing signs of improvement – they travel to London off the back of successive wins over neighbouring rivals Everton and top four rivals Newcastle. What Jurgen Klopp will be most pleased with is back-to-back league clean sheets, something they had not achieved since October.

After a strong start to the campaign, Crystal Palace are slowly being sucked back into a relegation scrap. They are yet to win in seven league outings in 2023 and have drawn four of their previous five matches. There is a distinct lack of goals in Patrick Vieira’s side in the absence of Wilfried Zaha. It’s difficult to see where the goals will come from, especially against an improved Liverpool side benefiting from the return of Virgil van Dijk.

Tottenham to beat Chelsea – 2.42

Tottenham have an abysmal record in this particular London derby but it’s been a long time since they played a Chelsea team in this much trouble. The Blues are still at the beginning of their journey with Graham Potter, but fans are already calling for his head after winning just once in their last 10 games. Victory at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium could get Chelsea’s season back on track but it would be a complete anomaly given their recent results.

After defeats to Leicester and AC Milan, Spurs fought back with a 2-0 win over West Ham. They are hardly a picture of consistency themselves, but they won’t get too many better opportunities to get one over on their rivals. Harry Kane sets these teams apart and we wouldn’t be surprised if he was the difference on Sunday.
