Man City are eight points adrift of league leaders Arsenal as they prepare to welcome Liverpool to the Etihad. Pep Guardiola’s side might have a game in hand, but they could find themselves 11 points off the top at the end of the week with Arsenal having a favourable fixture against Leeds.
Liverpool have closed the gap on the top four to seven points with two games in hand. They will be hoping to upset the odds in Manchester as they look to pile the pressure on Tottenham ahead of their Monday night trip to Goodison Park.
