Arsenal to beat PSV – 19/50 (1.38)

Mikel Arteta’s men have made a steady start to the season, and currently sit 4th in the Premier League table with four wins and a draw from their opening 5 games. Not only did they defeat PSV at home when the sides met in the Europa League last season, but they have strengthened significantly since then.

Although Arteta may rotate his side following their hard-fought win against Everton on Sunday, they should still possess the power to defeat the Eredivisie league leaders.

AC Milan to beat Newcastle – 33/20 (2.65)

Newcastle may have ended a run of three successive defeats with a 1-0 win against Brentford, but they have struggled to live up to the lofty standards they set last season that earned them a place in this year’s competition. As well as this, the Rossoneri will be looking to bounce back from their humiliation in the Milan derby at the weekend.

With an ever-passionate crowd behind them and a point to prove, we’re backing the Italians to claim victory in this encounter.

Bayern Munich to beat Manchester United – 47/100 (1.47)

This may be the stand-out game from this round of fixtures, but we can only see it going one way. Bayern Munich have been in excellent form with three wins and a draw, only behind Bayer Leverkusen on goal difference. Harry Kane has also hit the ground running, scoring in three of his four games for the German champions so far.

By contrast, Manchester United’s start to the Premier League season has been woeful, with three defeats from five, a goal difference of -4 and a stream of bad press coming out of the club. The pressure on Erik Ten Hag is mounting by the game, and with no clear end in sight. Fans continue to call for the owners to sell up, and this negativity is translating to performances on the pitch.

PSG to beat Borussia Dortmund – 3/4 (1.75)

Out of all the Champions League groups, Group F looks to be the most competitive. Both sides in this fixture look evenly matched, with both taking 8 points from their opening domestic fixtures.

While the French side have lost two superstars in Neymar and Lionel Messi, they still have a potent goalscorer in Kylian Mbappe. The Frenchman already has 7 goals and his attacking prowess, coupled with home advantage, should be enough for PSG to see off their German visitors.

Atletico Madrid to beat Lazio – 31/20 (2.55)

While the Stadio Olimpico may be a hostile ground for away fans to visit, Lazio’s start to the season has been poor. The Italians have only picked up one win in their opening four matches, and currently sit 15th in Serie A.

While the Spaniards themselves have not made the best of starts, they still have more individual goal scorers than Lazio have goals so far! Add to that the fact that Diego Simeone’s side are a well-drilled defensive unit, and we’re backing them to just edge this contest by the tightest of margins.
