England continue their 2024-25 UEFA Nations League campaign on Tuesday evening as they host Finland.
The Three Lions opened with a 2-0 win over the Republic of Ireland last Saturday in what was Lee Carsley’s first match in charge.
There is no doubt that the interim boss will be eyeing the job on a permanent basis and a Wembley debut win will be a huge positive to add to his CV and application.

England vs Finland Preview
England’s performance in Ireland was very promising indeed and reflected well on temporary manager Carsley.
The Three Lions looked fluid moving forward and managed to keep a clean sheet up against a fairly decent Irish forward line, which included Ipswich aces Sammie Szmodics and Chiedozie Ogbene.
Declan Rice and Jack Grealish scored the goals, which was ironic given their past affiliation with Ireland, while Trent Alexander-Arnold starred at right-back with Kyle Walker not part of the squad.
With so many other big names absent from the roster, including Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden, Cole Palmer and Luke Shaw, it was refreshing to see such a dominant and positive display from the Euro 2024 finalists.
And Carsley will insist that his side dazzle the home crowd on Tuesday, especially as Finland go into the match on the back of a 3-0 defeat in Greece.
Finland have won only one of their past five matches and were beaten 4-1 by Wales back in March.
And they have not kept a clean sheet since November 2023, so England’s array of attacking stars should fancy their chances of increasing international goal tallies.
Rennes midfielder Glen Kamara and Bayer Leverkusen goalkeeper Lukas Hradecky are two players the Three Lions will be wary of given their proven quality in Europe, but the hosts should have far too much fire power and ultimately make it two wins from two with little fuss.

England vs Finland Betting Tips
England to score over 3.5 goals @ 2.95
With the likes of Kane, Rice, Grealish, Bukayo Saka, Anthony Gordon, Jarrod Bowen and more at Carsley’s disposal, scoring goals should be no issue on Tuesday. If England score early, it could be a long, long evening for Finland.
Declan Rice to score anytime @ 7.90
Against Ireland, Rice played in a more advanced role with Kobbie Mainoo sitting deeper in the midfield. It is likely we will see the same system vs Finland, which means Rice could find the back of the net once again. The Arsenal star is at 21.00 to open the scoring…
