Kylian Mbappe to score first in Real Madrid vs Mallorca @ 3.75
El Clasico was a tough ordeal for Mbappe, as scoring a hat-trick was still not enough to guide his side to victory in Catalonia. The title race is now all but over, but Real will still want to end the Carlo Ancelotti era on a positive note. Mallorca have lost two of the last three and although they are fairly good defensively, keeping Mbappe quiet at the Bernabeu is a tall order. The Frenchman is top of the La Liga scoring charts with 27 goals and he will be desperate to get his hands on the Pichichi award.
Alexander Sorloth to score anytime for Atletico Madrid vs Osasuna @ 2.59
Sorloth went one better than Mbappe over the weekend, the Norwegian striker netting four first-half goals in Atletico’s 4-0 victory over Real Sociedad. The ex-Villarreal front man is up to 17 strikes in La Liga this term and he will have a key role to play for Diego Simeone at Osasuna. Sorloth is renowned for finishing seasons strongly and siding with a player fresh from a four-goal haul is always a wise move to make in the betting world!
Valencia to beat Alaves @ 3.80
Under Carlos Corberan, Valencia have gone from relegation candidates to within two points of European qualification. It has been quite the turnaround for Los Che, who are on a run of two consecutive wins and are unbeaten in five. As such, we cannot quite work out why their odds for Wednesday’s trip to Alaves are so good – but there is potentially great value to be had! Alaves are 17th with only eight wins on the board and although they are battling for survival, we are backing Valencia to deliver another positive result.
Celta Vigo to beat Real Sociedad @ 2.75
Sociedad’s aforementioned loss to Atletico courtesy of the Sortoth show means they are now without a win in five attempts. The Basque club are 12th in the league with 16 defeats to their name, while Celta Vigo are up to seventh in the table thanks to two wins in the last three. Last Saturday’s 3-2 triumph over Sevilla was huge for Celta and with Sociedad still licking their wounds, Claudio Giraldez’s side can maintain their position ahead of Rayo Vallecano and Mallorca. Back in December, Celta won the reverse fixture 2-0 thanks to two goals from Pablo Duran.
