It is something of a cup final week in football, with the English FA Cup finale pencilled in for Saturday.
But first we will be treated to the final round of this season’s Coppa Italia as AC Milan and Bologna lock horns in Rome.
With the two teams currently outside the European qualification places in Serie A, this fixture is of even more importance to managers Sergio Conceicao and Vincenzo Italiano.
Remember, the winner of the Coppa Italia final automatically qualifies for the 2025-26 Europa League.

AC Milan vs Bologna Preview
Milan and Bologna met in Serie A on the weekend, with the Rossoneri coming from a goal down to secure a 3-1 victory.
January signing Santiago Gimenez scored a brace after coming off the bench, with Christian Pulisic netting the other goal at San Siro.
It was ideal preparation from a Milan perspective, although Bologna will at least know what changes they need to make ahead of kick-off this evening.
Italiano’s side have also claimed some impressive results of late, defeating Inter Milan 1-0 in Serie A and then drawing 1-1 with Juventus.
In the semi-finals of this competition, Bologna secured a 5-1 aggregate victory over Empoli, although their opponents enjoyed a similar level of dominance.
Milan thrashed Inter 4-1 across two legs, famously winning 3-0 when designated as the away side at San Siro.
When Conceicao’s side are on it, there are few better teams in Italy and Bologna will be well aware of that fact.
But underdog status may play into the hands of Italiano and his players as they look to win the club’s first Coppa Italia since 1974.

AC Milan vs Bologna Betting Tips
Christian Pulisic to score anytime @ 3.71
Pulisic is often the man for the big occasions at Milan, with the American scoring 11 goals and assisting a further nine in Serie A this season. So we are backing the ex-Chelsea forward to register his first Coppa Italia strike on the competition’s biggest stage.
Santiago Gimenez OR Riccardo Orsolini to score anytime @ 1.85
A goalscorer bet with far less risk taken. As previously mentioned, Gimenez scored twice last Friday, which should be enough to earn him a start ahead of Luka Jovic and Tammy Abraham. Orsolini netted Bologna’s goal on the weekend, with the tricky winger tallying 15 across all competitions this season.
AC Milan to lift the trophy @ 1.75
Given these two sides are fairly evenly matched on paper, we would not be shocked to see this game go to extra-time. If you agree, but still fancy Milan to get the job done in Rome, then this is the selection to go for.
