Liverpool vs Burnley: Anytime goalscorer – Cody Gakpo @ 2.28

With Mohamed Salah only just returning from AFCON and Hugo Ekitike an injury doubt, Gakpo should get the nod to start against Burnley at Anfield, perhaps as a centre forward. The Dutchman scored in the recent 2-2 draw at Fulham and has five Premier League goals to his name this season. Liverpool can blow away a struggling Burnley side on home soil, and we are backing Gakpo to have a major say in a positive result for Arne Slot’s men – who are unbeaten since November.

Chelsea to beat Brentford @ 1.68

Even with a makeshift XI, Chelsea showed signs of promise in Wednesday’s 3-2 defeat to Arsenal. Liam Rosenior can welcome key midfielder Moises Caicedo back from suspension for Brentford’s visit this weekend, as the Blues players look to impress the new boss. The Bees are in stellar form with five wins in the last six, while Chelsea sit a lowly 13th in the division’s home table. Nevertheless, Rosenior’s men still get our nod of approval here, which would serve as perfect preparation for next week’s crucial Champions League match vs Pafos.

Tottenham vs West Ham: Total goals – Over 2.5 @ 1.71

A London derby between two Premier League strugglers, this should provide plenty of entertainment. Spurs simply have to come out firing in order to appease their furious fans, while West Ham have the worst defensive record in the division with 43 goals conceded. The Over 2.5 goals selection landed in three of the last five editions of this fixture, including Spurs’ 3-0 win at the London Stadium back in September.

Wolves vs Newcastle: Draw @ 4.10

Wolves may be bottom of the Premier League table, but Rob Edwards’ side really have shown fighting spirit in recent weeks. In fact, the Wanderers are now four matches unbeaten following a 6-1 home victory over Shrewsbury Town in the FA Cup. For the first time this season, there should be a degree of confidence in the camp, while Newcastle may be a tad wounded following Tuesday’s 2-0 loss to Man City in the EFL Cup. The Magpies are also 14th in the top-flight away table, so backing a draw – which was the result in two of the last three meetings between the sides at Molineux – looks well worth a punt.

Leeds vs Fulham: Player to score or assist – Harry Wilson @ 2.30

To say Wilson is a man in form would be something of an understatement. The Welsh wizard has been lighting up English football for quite some time now, tallying 11 goals contributions in his previous 10 Fulham appearances. Wilson scored and assisted in last Saturday’s 3-1 win over Middlesbrough in the FA Cup, while Leeds are a team which seem immune to keeping clean sheets. In fact, Daniel Farke’s side have kept just one in the last 19 matches across all competitions, making a Fulham goal at Elland Road look very likely indeed. And if the Cottagers get on the scoresheet, Wilson is a prime candidate for involvement.
