Arsenal to beat Brighton @ 1.63
League leaders Arsenal head to Brighton on the back of consecutive London derby wins over Tottenham (1-4) and Chelsea (2-1). Mikel Arteta’s men have proved they have the mental toughness to cope with the pressures of the title race, though a trip to Brighton is perhaps not as appealing as it looked two weeks ago. The Seagulls have won back-to-back fixtures vs Brentford (0-2) and Nottingham Forest (2-1), but Arsenal should still have enough to leave the Amex with three more precious points. The Gunners are unbeaten in six previous matches vs Brighton, winning four of them.
Manchester City vs Nottingham Forest: Total goals – Over 2.5 @ 1.53
City will look to keep the pressure firmly on Arsenal with another big win at the Etihad. Three of the last four games at the stadium have seen over 2.5 goals netted, with serial goalscorer Erling Haaland likely to be fit and back in the hosts’ starting XI. And while Forest are spurred on by the aim to avoid relegation, their record at the Etihad is woeful – losing on all three Premier League visits by an aggregate score of 10-0.
