The Grand National Festival 2026 begins today! Running from the 9th-11th of April at Aintree Racecourse, the festival stands as the pinnacle of the National Hunt season, attracting millions of viewers and bettors from the UK and beyond.

If you’re looking to bet on the Grand National this year, we’ve got you covered. Not only do we have great odds and real-time coverage of the races, but we’ve also got some great Grand National promotions and Free Bets in store.

Opening Race Offer

Should your Grand National betting start off with a loss this year, we’ve got you covered! We’re offering a £5 Free Bet if your £10+ wager loses at the Boodles Anniversary 4-Y-O Juvenile Hurdle Race at 13:45 on the 9th.

The Free Bet will be granted once the qualifying bet is settled. To qualify, you must wager £10 or more with min. odds of 2.00. This offer is valid once per customer and qualifying bets must be placed before 13.45 on the 9th of April 2026. The Free Bet will be valid for 7 days and can be used on any horse racing. Further T&Cs apply.

Grand National 100% Profit Boost

We’ve also got a tasty offer lined up for the main event. NetBet users will be able to claim a 100% Profit Boost Token to be used on the Grand National at 16:00 on the 11th of April.

To qualify, you simply need to place a bet of £1 or more on any sport between 15:00 on the 10th of April to 15:00 on the 11th of April. The qualifying bet will need to be settled by 15:00 on the 11th for your token to be awarded. You can then apply the token to your Grand National wager to receive a 100% boost on any profits from your bet (max stake with Token £5, max extra winnings £250). Further T&Cs. apply.

Grand National Free Bets & Profit Boosts from the Paddock Prize Wheel

The Paddock Prize Wheel is back again for Aintree, giving our users the chance to win daily prizes during the festival.

All you have to do is login and spin the wheel for the opportunity to win Free Bets or Profit Boost Tokens that you can use on the Grand National Festival. As usual, users that have made a real-money bet of at least £5 on sport in the previous four days can participate once per day. Further T&Cs. apply.

While it might not be specific to the Grand National, we have to mention our fantastic Welcome Offer. New users that deposit and place a bet of at least £10 on any sport with odds of at least 2.00 can claim the offer, and get £20 in Free Bets! Free Bets will be granted as follows within 24 hours of the qualifying bet being settled:

  • 1 x £5 Football Bet Builder (min odds 4.0)
  • 1 x £5 Football Acca (min 4 legs)
  • 1 x £5 Horse Racing Acca (min 2 legs)
  • 1 x £5 Tennis In-Play

If you’re a new customer,  this is a great opportunity to get a £5 Free Bet on a horse racing acca you can use on the races at Aintree during the Grand National Festival! Just remember that any granted Bree bets are valid for 7 days. Exclusions and T&Cs apply.

Alongside these Grand National Offers, keep an eye out for some of our regular offers during the festival, which may include the following:

  • Bet & Get: Involves betting a specified amount on a race to receive a reward, typically Free Bets. Even if the bet loses, the prize is awarded.
  • Money back as a Free Bet if your horse loses: A risk-free bet on the Grand National. Either your horse wins and the bet pays out, or your stake is returned in the form of a Free Bet.
  • Money back as a Free Bet if you are 2nd to the SP favourite: Slightly more risk attached to this wager than the one above, as your horse has to finish 2nd to meet the offer requirements.
  • Boost Tokens: A NetBet feature which sees tokens handed out to boost the odds of a Grand National bet, and therefore increase the potential winnings.
