It was always bizarre how Negredo was allowed to depart Manchester City after scoring 23 goals in 48 games, including a Champions League hat-trick. However, City\u2019s loss could be Middlesbrough\u2019s gain. The newly promoted club have agreed a loan deal for the Spanish striker with Valencia, and if he reproduces his goal scoring form for Boro, they should have no difficulty in staying up. He won\u2019t have the same service that he had at Manchester City, but his strength and balance is still formidable.<\/p>\n
