Rory McIlroy became just the sixth golfer to complete a career Grand Slam of majors by winning The Masters for the first time in April, while World No 1 Scottie Scheffler bagged the second major of this year with victory at the US PGA Championship in May.<\/p>\n

The 2025 US Open Preview<\/strong><\/h2>\n

McIlroy was on fire at the start of the season as The Masters became his third PGA Tour win of 2025.<\/p>\n

But his form has taken a dive since, and he looked out of sorts while missing the cut at the RBC Canadian Open earlier this month.<\/p>\n
