FA Cup: Manchester Utd vs Chelsea Predictions and Betting Tips

Manchester Utd vs Chelsea – another wonderful FA Cup semi-final to savour, following hot on the heels of Arsenal vs Man City.

Both sides still have a shot at making the Champions League by finishing top four in the Premier League, but some domestic silverware would mean a lot to two teams who have taken a bit of a back seat following the success of Man City and Liverpool.

United, in particular, have been in supreme form over the past few games. Their array of attacking talent has really clicked into gear and the signing of Bruno Fernandes looks like a masterstroke by the United board.

They have demolished some good sides in the league in recent weeks but they do face a real test against Frank Lampard’s Chelsea.

The Blues were tipped to finish outside the top four by most observers before the season started due to a transfer embargo but the Chelsea legend has worked wonders in galvanising his side to get into Europe.

Much like the first semi-final, this should be another classic and it should make some quality Sunday evening viewing (kick off 6pm).

Manchester Utd vs Chelsea Predictions

These two sides have provided plenty of fireworks over the years and have had so many years of wonderful success. Both Utd and Chelsea have been in transition but actually look well-equipped to make a title charge next season.

United have been wonderful recently and are on a terrific run of form. It looks as though Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has nailed down what he wants and has a team full of stars as they bid to reach the FA Cup final.

Chelsea have also been refreshing to watch this term and Lampard has integrated some quality youngsters with more of his established stars to create a really impressive squad.

Whatever happens on Sunday, it has been a very decent first season in charge for Lampard and it is hoped he will go on to bigger and better things at Stamford Bridge.#

He may have to play second fiddle, though, as we think United will just shade past the Londoners to make it an all-Manchester final.
