NetBet Score Predictor: Premier League Preview

Premier League

We’re heading down the final stretch of the Premier League campaign and all is still to play for at the top and bottom! We’ve previewed this weekend’s fixtures and put together our best betting tips based on the latest football odds.

With NetBet’s free-to-play Score Predictor, you could win a jackpot up to £500 if you can correctly predict the score of four selected matches. Not to worry if you don’t get all four, two or three correct scores are worth a £5 or £20 Free Bet.

Tottenham vs Bournemouth

We’re kicking things off in North London where Spurs host Bournemouth. The hosts are knocking on the door of the top four and have lost just once in seven league games ahead of matchday 31. We’re backing a home win to nil in our score predictions. Tottenham have won five of their last six home matches, keeping clean sheets against Man City, Chelsea and AC Milan along the way.

The Cherries have improved of late but have continued to struggle on the road. Gary O’Neil’s side have tasted defeat in nine of their previous 11 away games, failing to find the net in seven of those losses.

Score prediction: 2-0

Southampton vs Crystal Palace

Roy Hodgson is back and so are Crystal Palace. Back-to-back wins under the returning gaffer have seen the Eagles climb six points clear of the relegation zone. A 2-1 win over the struggling Leicester is one thing, but to hammer Leeds 5-1 at Elland Road is seriously impressive. Palace fans have been crying out for some attacking freedom – Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze provided it in hatfuls.

The Saints are without a win in five and have accumulated fewer points than any other team at home this season. Defeat this weekend would put a huge dent in their survival hopes, but unfortunately for Ruban Selles, that might be exactly what is coming his way.

Score prediction: 1-2

Wolves vs Brentford

It’s a tough game to call at Molineux. It feels like only yesterday we were talking about Brentford’s incredible unbeaten run and late charge for Europe. Now they head to the Midlands off the back of one win in six and following successive defeats. However, they were incredibly unlucky in their 2-1 defeat to Newcastle. If it weren’t for a disallowed goal and missed penalty they would have been three up at half time!

Wolves are impossible to predict – you simply have no idea which side will turn up. Of their last 10 home games, they have won five and lost five, never winning nor losing twice in a row. Remarkably the last three of those victories have come against Liverpool, Spurs and Chelsea, keeping a clean sheet in each. It will no doubt be a tight affair and we can see the spoils being shared.

Score prediction: 1-1

Everton vs Fulham

The wheels have come off Fulham’s season. They have now lost five straight games in all competitions and have found themselves drifting toward mid-table mediocrity. It was always going to be tough for them to keep touch with the top eight, but the poor form and eight-game ban for star-man Aleksandar Mitrovic has essentially brought an early end to their campaign.

Everton are in a dogfight, kept out of the bottom three only by goal difference. The Goodison Park faithful will be up for this one – it could be the turning point in Everton’s season. They have lost just once in five at home under Sean Dyche, beating the likes of Arsenal and picking up a recent point against Spurs. There is a grit and determination about Dyche teams and it could just be enough to keep the Toffees’ heads above water.

Score prediction: 1-0
